Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be sent to Congrex Deutschland GmbH in writing by e-mail (esnch@congrex.com). For cancellations until 28 February 2011 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations after 28 February 2011 there will be no refund.
