Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters will be exhibited as placards only. The Poster sessions will be held on Saturday, 21 May and Sunday, 22 May, 2011. The maximum poster size permitted is 85cm (width) x 120cm (height).

The title and the names of the authors as well as all diagrams and text should be large enough to be read

Each Poster will have one side of a poster board, which will carry a number in the top left corner corresponding to the number in the scientific program. Please check the program for your exact poster number. Material for attaching the poster is provided on site and using your own adhesive is not permitted.

Please hang up your poster on Saturday between 09:00 and 12:00. All posters will be exhibited on Saturday, 21 May and Sunday, 22 May, 2011. All Posters should be removed the latest on Sunday, 22 May, 2011 by 18:00. Posters that haven’t been removed can not be stored or sent back.

You will find all information about date and time of your presentation in the scientific program which will be published on the conference homepage by the beginning of May 2011.
