Instructions for Oral Presentations

Each speaker has 10 minutes for an oral presentation (discussion included, sharp ending). To ensure the congress runs smoothly and fairly for all participants, please do not allow your presentation to run overtime.

The only multimedia technology accepted is MS-PowerPoint. Power Point presentations should be ready on USB-Sticks and loaded in the session room at least two hours before the session starts.

The congress room is equipped with laptop and video/data projector. Please note that using your own laptop is not permitted.

You have been allocated 8 minutes presentation time and 2 minutes for questions right after your presentation.

Please note, that only Power Point Presentations can be accepted.

You should submit your presentation the latest 2 hours before your presentation at the mediacheck.

You will find all information about date and time of your presentation in the scientific program which will be published on the conference homepage by the beginning of May 2011.
